Week 10 :

    As we have reaching the end to our task 3 work, Mr. Fauzi assigned us to a new exercise about animating using the Adobe after effects. He did a little tutorial on how we could start of our work on after effect by demonstrating one by one and the use of each tools.

2. INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Download the PSD composition below:

    2. Import the W10_ANIMATE.psd into Adobe After Effects.

    3. Create a composition setting 1080 px (Width) x 1920 px (Height), Duration 15 second

    4. Create a keyframe animation to the layers using Position (P), Scale (S) & Masking path.

    5. Render output: Quicktime (.MOV) or .MP4

    6. Upload your exercise into your Youtube Channel.

    7. Update your progress and video to your E-Portfolio blog. 

    8. Attach your E-Portfolio link on this Submission.

5. REFLECTION

Experience :

    While creating my assigned project, it was interesting and also confused since it was my first time having to use the Adobe after effects. It was confusing only to the part that I made sure the steps I take are right from the recorded lecture Mr. Fauzi gave us. However, I somehow have gotten certain parts wrong which often confuses me but also interest me as I want to know more on how to fix and explore other stuff.

Observations :

    For this exercise, it was rather easy and fast, apart from the small mistakes I made. But, not because I claimed it easy did I not make any mistakes. In fact, I made continuous small mistakes which was later found out and the same things repeats.  

Findings :

    Learning somethings new with no experience to begin with are both interesting and confusing at the same time. Nonetheless, it is actually the most simplest way we can do to try out on something new.
